What we collect
When you join the interest list, we collect your first name, email, optional city or area, selected interest, signup time, and confirmation of age and consent. We do not ask for your birth date, identification documents, medical history, or cannabis-use habits.
Why we collect it
We use these details to understand interest in the community, respond to relevant enquiries, and send the occasional updates you requested. The list is reviewed by the operator. Joining does not create a public member profile, event reservation, paid membership, or a confirmed concierge booking. No automatic email is sent at signup.
Concept Brief access requests
If you request access to the Concept Brief, we store your site-specific signed-in user identifier, account email, submitted name, optional organization, reason for requesting access, request date, and review status and date. Your age confirmation is a condition of submitting the request. The operator uses these details to review access and respond to the stated interest. This does not subscribe you to marketing or create a public profile. Approved readers can view the brief; the operator can revoke access. Sign in and visit Behind the concept to check status or withdraw the request and remove its stored details, including any approval. Sign-in is provided through ChatGPT. No automatic request or approval email is sent. Requests are retained until withdrawn or reviewed by the operator as no longer needed; hosting backups and logs may persist separately.
Who can access it
The operator can view and export the interest list through a restricted administrative area. Hosting services process and store the data to run this website. We do not sell this list or publish member details. We have not added advertising trackers or third-party marketing analytics.
Your choices
After a new signup, the confirmation displays a private management link. Save that link to remove the record and stop future updates. We store a hash of its random access key. Duplicate signups do not reveal or replace an existing management link. If you receive an email from us, you may also reply to request removal or correction.
Retention and site protection
Interest records are kept for community development and relevant follow-up until removed or reviewed as no longer needed. Short-lived hashed network identifiers help limit abusive form submissions; raw network addresses are not saved in the interest database. The hosting platform may maintain its own operational logs. Removing an interest record does not necessarily immediately remove hosting backups or logs.
Adults only
The interest list is for adults 21 and older. The confirmation is self-reported and does not constitute identity verification. Future events may require separate eligibility checks and event-specific terms.
